What the fuck? We got Wyo Guard troops in Texas and Louisiana? Anybody know what he's talking about? He's been doing it since we invaded Afghanistan, and it's fucking stupid.
Does he mean, "...in the Persian Gulf and elsewhere overseas...."? I don't get it.
