I just read this article from clonesconfidential.com regarding the way NDS works their magic against the "better" teams. While Iowa State isn't Oregon and we are probably not NDS, I'd love to see a few glimmers of this this weekend. At least enough to keep my new friends at Oregon nervous for a while and a lot more of it going forward into the season and following years.

I hope we are soon gushing over our coach and our team as the new Poke fans that have come over from NDS have been doing on these forums.

One thing I'm glad for, is that we're going into this game with Bohl and Staff, instead of DC and Staff. The hurry up 3 and out offense along with last years defense would've been brutal. IE ; Fresno st, Boise and Utah st. I really believe Bohl will give us a chance to make the outcome respectable. If moral victories count for anything, I like our chances under Bohl. Just hope the confidence Kirk gained after AF will not disappear.

No kidding, could you imagine DC and the boys handing the ball over to Oregon 25 or 30 times? Then again, if the Keystone Cops coaching staff were still here, maybe Brett would be as well, and we'd be scoring some also. A nice 1,500 yard total offense type game. I like it better where we are now. Hopefully some ball control to keep it close and win a couple key turn-overs, and who knows? With DC at the helm, I'd be taking Oregon giving up the 43.
