That is the definite holdup. Not sure they have the money for a new stadium. Ask the Vandals, they've tried to "expand" their doom.....doesn't work well.
If any state can afford it over the next 10 years, it is absolutely North Dakota! I'd bet UND and NDSU are in for a lot of changes and upgrades both academically and athletically.
Plus, having all of these overnight multi-millionaire farmers/ranchers in their old age can't hurt.
Like all those ranchers are giving their money to those universities.
It's not like Wyoming doesn't have it's fair share of wyoming fans that are wealthy. A few give money up but it's not like they are all throwing money out. Now if I was rich! I tell ya what! I would be givin out so much money to the athletic department I would be the reason that we ended up getting the death penalty like smu because I would be paying sCam newton, trent richardson, and dez bryant 10 times as much as erik dickerson got paid.
