Opportunity has presented itself to truly help/mess with CSU

If you would like to stop the building of CSU’s new stadium you can help them by clicking this link.

I leave this in your hands!

I don't get the logic.

I absolutely hope that CSU succeeds in building their stadium! CSU improving facilities can only help our own cause and it may put pressure on the legislature to open up the pocket book.

My logic is as follows: I want them to play in that dump forever. Even if that means driving in their "parking lot" in 12 feet of snow.

I must be in the minority that prefers competition to improve the relative standing of all rivals.

I compare it to junior high. I personally did not have any satisfaction in winning a "B Team" league championship rather than competing at the "A Team" leavel.

I hope they do get it. For one it feeds our mentality of "keeping up with the Joneses", and it will also piss off all the hippie tree huggers in that town. Win win!

Hell, I'm for it. I live in Fort Collins. I'm also a bit of a hippy tree hugger.

I just don't fit into any demographic...

The powers that be in Fort Collins and CSU have set this in motion. It's gonna happen. Even if the student's supposedly don't want it. (Personally, I think the Associated Students of CSU, ASCSU, just like to bitch about stuff to piss off the administration.)

Besides, WTF do those students care? They can drive 25 miles to Garden City and buy pot legally. They should focus their efforts on that!

I hope they build it. That will help them go broke. Of course the state would have to bail them out and my taxes would help that. But on the other hand you wouldn't have 20,000 pot stoned students driving back to the campus - they could just all stumble back to their dorms on foot.
