The two non-conference road games are absolutely critical.

San Diego State should be a win because of the two week prep (as is Utah State). That give the Pokes a very good chance of a 6-6 season (TS, WS, UNLV, NM likely wins). Add BG or AF and you have bowl team.

I'd take 8-4 with the boot.

I'd take 1-11 as long as we keep the boot. Seriously think 7-5 or 8-4 is very doable. I like the coaching and personnel this season. I think one of the new QB's will step right in just like ACS did.
