What will he do? Make some speech how the season was a disappointment but that he had a nice conversation with the coaching staff and we can expect more wins in the future with the same staff (which - given that Wyoming will be in an inferior conference should be true).

I really don't know. Tom and Jay don't have the excuses that DC and Bohl had when they showed up in Laramie. The team was expected to compete and at least get to Bohl levels of greatness (6-7 wins). Since it doesn't look like we are heading towards a competitive future, maybe he does nothing. Maybe Sawvel sacrifices his OC and/or DC and gets another year to get back to 4-5 wins (leaving most everyone tied to the program plain giddy).
