Maybe because he is feeling like the lebron on the court and is tryin to pull every little move to go his way.
I really dont see how gettin 17 points and 8.5 boards a game is "girls soccer player" though.

I didn't see the game in person so I'm not exactly sure if you are talking about taking charges but if you remember Waddell did that last year and of course Shyatt teaches the team to take charges. I think they spend atleast 10 minutes every pratice taking charges. Hey if we can get the call our way out of it then I'm all for it lol

That is Shyatt's philosphy, draw the charge. It works. Plus, understand, Washington has to be very careful under there. He is a marked man by the refs, so if he bodies up, they will whistle him. He has learned that and is playing smarter. You'll notice that as the game got to mid second half and Leonard still had fouls to give he really stepped up the defense.

Ok. I get it. He is taught to take the charge, and flop like he got steamrolled by a Mack truck to draw a foul, and potentialy either get to the line, or put the other team in foul trouble. Not much of a fun strategy, from a fan perspective, to watch. It was humerous at times last night. Especially once, when he set a pick for Riley, and little number "O" from NCC, who is roughly 5"8" and weighs all of 150 pounds soaking wet, hit him. Washington went down like a wet noodle. Made him look like a giant pussy.

Of course there was the pick that Washington layed in the second half near half court where he layed that guy out. I think that guy was trying to pick his teeth up off the court. That was great.
