NFL Draft: Day 2

Tonight is when things are going to get interesting for Wyoming alums.

There are a LOT of teams that need help in the secondary. A good number of teams went CB or S in the first round, but here are the teams that are definitely going to draft a DB tonight:

Falcons
Bills
Cowboys
Lions
Colts
Vikings
Steelers
Rams
Saints
Giants
Ravens

Huff is rated as the 8th best remaining DB. There's no doubt in my mind that he'll be on a team by the end of the night.

Herron's stock is trickier. This is a DEEP draft for WR, but he's got a lot of things going for him. I'm thinking that Carolina will be where he lands. They have a big hole at WR, and he's built in the same mold as Steve Smith. He'd fit well there.

As far as Brett goes, I don't think he's getting the call tonight. There are a lot of quality QBs left on the board that fell out of the first round. I would be pleasantly surprised if he went tonight, but tomorrow is his day.

I agree that I don't think Smith goes anywhere tonight, lot less need for QB than DB. I don't know if Huff goes tonight either, hopefully he does and if so I'm thinking late 3rd. Otherwise we should see all 3 get picked up tomorrow.

I agree that there is a lot less need for QB, but don't NFL teams have a habit of getting nervous and drafting QBs?
Seems like they always end up higher than they should.
