Wyo and CSU are recieving 5 votes and are T-39
 
6 of the 9 teams in the MWC are either ranked or received votes. This conference will no doubt be a 4-bid league again this season....at least.

Which means no overlooking Illinois State. No overlooking ANYONE. And I trust Shyatt is keeping this in mind.
 
Holy hell. I can't remember a time we were ranked this high. Was the josh davis/brett mcfall/marcus bailey team ever ranked the year they made that run in the NCAA Tournament?
 
no let downs, game at a time and see where we go from there, just learned we play a good SMU team that's coached by Larry Brown...interesting...beat the Redbirds 1st!!!!!!

I believe we were the next year before Bailey got injured, could be wrong though
 
This is the data I pulled up from College Basketball History.

1948-1949 Final AP Poll - 12
1951-1952 Final AP Poll - 16
1952-1953 Final AP Poll - 16
1980-1981 Final AP Poll - 17
1987-1988 Final AP Poll - 13


Last time we were in the top 25 was the 87-88 season, I didn't dig any deeper to see how far down we were as not many sites keep that type of historical data browse-able. Last time we got votes for the top 25 was too long for me to find.
