I don't think this will fly in court, though. They say they will deem athletes ineligible who recieve nil deal above fair market value. A noble goal but isn't fair market value what someone will pay? Without collective bargaining, no way this holds up in court.

House Settlement only pays for the past. Revenue share is from the schools which obviously they have control over. Nil? Nope. Can't touch it unless the athletes agree and why would they?
