Nebraska Hoops

Last season @ Nebraska, Tim Miles in his first season went 15-18. And they averaged over 10K per game.
Next season? Already sold out for every home game. 15K plus.

ALREADY SOLD OUT.

They are stoked about their new coach and where their program is headed, and funny, they aren't waiting until they are back into the Big Dance to give a shit.

They are going to be there through the growing pains, we will show up once we are good.

Good for Nebraska. Wyoming fans really got turned off during the Schroyer years and are still buying into Shyatt. Nebraska, as far as I know, has never had much basketball success....so maybe they are buying into what Miles is offering. Nebraska also has 10x the local population and not a damn thing to do. Yes, even Wyoming fans have options during the winter month.

Hopefully Shyatt get the light lite and we see a decent attendance figure going forward.

Great support for Nebraska. Easy to see why Miles left CSU (well, that and the $$ in his pocket of course), who only averaged 5400 this past season in one of the top years in the history of the program. Even less than 8th place Wyoming.

Of course, that's still better than Oregon State.

Oregon State hoops sucks. And they don't really seem like they are interested in fixing it. I mean why should they when they have one of the best baseball programs in the country that seems to out draw the basketball team?
And even when the football team is bad, they still get 15K more than wyo.

OSU baseball averages 2400. Basketball is around 4400.

Wyoming football attendance is pathetic and the single biggest limitation we face in trying to grow as an athletic department.
