Not sure if this got posted on here yet. The NCAA is again talking about adding an early signing period for football. This time, there would be 2 72-hour periods, one in late June and one in mid-December, where football players could sign their LOI and not have to wait until the normal signing day in February.
This could be good for Wyoming as if we can sign our guys early, it will keep some of our better recruits from being poached last minute by bigger programs that don't fill all their open spots. It also will allow programs like Wyo, with lesser resources, to concentrate those resources in January and February on the few spots they have left to fill.
