This will truly be a season where we ask ourselves, what if? Damn ACLs!!!
Hopefully next year we will be good enough that we forget how this season ended.

I think the same quote was posted here at the end of last season....

i had excitement brewing, but even more so for next year with a 100% Larry Nance Jr....maybe/hopefully, just like the ol' saying goes "wait til next year" can we patent that at UW?? LOL

I appreciate the optimism, but a 100% Larry Nance probably won't show up until Mid-November at the very earliest. Still could mean a good showing in the conference schedule, but the rest of the team will have to pick up the slack in the OOC.

It depends on so much, Some rehab faster than others and some prolong their recovery. It's as much mental as physical and but the mental part is much harder to tell yourself you are ready then be physically ready. I have high hopes for a quicker than normal return for Larry.

A quicker rehab is certainly possible. Likely? No. Possible? Definitely.

I would rather him just come out and say he is redshirting next year and rehab and not rush a thing. :twocents:

All we need is one win in our final two games to get the 5 seed, may come down to the border war.

The injury to Larry could not have happened to a worse player in term of his importance to the team, but at the same time it could not have happened to someone better because Larry will go into rehab with the right mindset and be back I would guess sooner rather than later

Fortunately for Larry (and Wyo fans everywhere), he never used a redshirt season in his first 2 years, so a normal redshirt (as opposed to hoping for a hardship waiver) is still possible.

i hope he does well, comes thru it a-ok tomorow and does everything expected of him and doesn't rush anything, but I'm truly in favor of redshirt next year as then we'll know he's 110%, here's to ya Larry
