Damn I had no idea. I don't see an NIT bid going well for us...seattlecowboy said:Wyoming is going to be in the NIT actually unless all of the bracketology is wrong. All of the NIT bracketology experts have Wyoming listed as a 5 or 6 seed in the NIT field which means they aren't even close to the being one of the last teams in. They are solidly in the NIT according to them. I know it sounds surprising but that's what everyone has so we will see if it's actually true or not. Guess that's what happens when you play in one of the top 3 or 4 leagues in the country.
Ditto. Decent D and inept O doesn't bid well for anyone.ItSucksToBeACSURam said:Damn I had no idea. Actually a 6th seed would mean one of the last at-large teams in. Remember the NIT gives auto bids to regular season conf champions that lose in the conference tourney and don't make the NCAA. These are typically from low major conferences and they take up the 7 and 8 seeds. There are already a few and another one was added tonight when North Carolina-Central (one of our former opponents) lost after winning the regular season MEAC.
Wyoming's NIT chances are very slim, although a win tonight would have given us a decent shot. It is CBI now. Just have to decide if we want to buy a home game.

This. Notice when Adams is running the point he KEEPS RUNNING THE OFFENSE! Every time Gilmore gets the ball he backs out and stands around until there are 10 seconds left on the clock. He then proceeds to either fumble the ball or heave up a half court prayer.Kwyo said:I am so fucking glad Gilmore is gone.
I will never miss him.
I don't get why the fuck he keeps the ball in last 5 seconds and runs every goddamn chance we could have.
