MWC Basketball : This week

So this week we had Boise State @ Utah and I won't take anything away from Utah but they lost to Sacramento State Hornets 74-71 and they lost to Southern Methodist Mustangs 62-55. Utah might have a solid team but IMO it's nothing compared to the teams they had in the MWC. BSU dropping to Utah in a pretty horrible way 76-55 it shows the inexperience that Boise has they will probably be a streaky team I think they will improve by conference time.

Colorado State gets beat by Colorado, They got off to a very slow start and never could come back from being down by 20. We played Colorado and we know how they play I'm not sure if I would call CSU being weak or just a very bad off night.

New Mexico handled USC we all should have expected as much. We know in conference play they will be a struggle home and away.

SDSU should easily handle UCSB. We know in conference play they will be a struggle home and away.

Fresno should get some confidence playing San Diego Christian. Don't know much about Fresno but I can only assume they will sink or swim.

3 straight road games + 1st Utah home game since Rick Majerus' passing away = A bad deal for BSU. The Utes shooting 70% didn't help either.

I'd be willing that entire arena for the CSU/CU game smelled like weed.

The MWC will be a scrum for sure. The regular season champ will lose 5-6 conference games IMO. Come tourney time, if teams like Wyoming, Boise, Colorado State, etc. are still healthy, the tourney could produce surprise results too.

Hooray Sheeeep losing!!!! makes us look better beating the Buffs, as for Boise St, jury's still out on them...
