CSU 3,853
SJSU 1,647
AF 1,477

Yeah I'd be really curious how those numbers came to be. I went with wyo1016 and we didn't buy tix through wyo (highly recommended by the way since we paid way less and had way better seats). Also I'm fairly certain I could've counted the SJSU fans on my 2 hands...

Biggest differences I see are 5th-7th place, and 10-12th.
The bottom of the Pac12 is bringing significantly more than than the bottom of the MWC.
And the very middle of the Pac brings a slightly larger number.
1st-4th are similar.
8-9th are similar.

I generally think of the MWC as a bigger basketball conference than football. And vice-versa for the Pac12.
It seems like the Pac12 is Arizona and the rest. Although that perception I have isn't totally true.

The Pac12 is blowing away the MWC in terms of on-court success, and the MWC needs to pick it up again if it wants those fans to stick around. Or soon the attendance will reflect the quality of play.

Now there is something that goes without saying.

It's a Power 5 conference, so of course. It's just as true in football, women's basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball, swimming, volleyball, etc., etc.

I can tell you that is definitely the case based on the PAC12 tournament. Overflowing with 'Zona fans, with small pockets of fans of other schools.

Way to quote one half of a sentence.
