I love what I've seen from Makaih. There isn't a lot of video available but from what I saw:
1. He goes to the rim strong.
2. He doesn't mind contact.
3. He produces highlight reel dunks from the guard spot.
4. His handles look tight.
From the research I've done it sounds like he shot very well from deep this summer and is a very good defender.
We needed a third ball handler to replace Hunter when he leaves. The competition in those spots is going to fierce.
Our California posse' is deeper than any other state on our roster. Marc Rodgers is putting in work. Now if we could just get Jaydee Luster and Clint Parks to leave the dark side and start sending kids to Laradise, we would be set.
I can't wait to see Makaih in the Brown and Gold.
