Hornung, what a putz....those Sheeeep scare me with Iverson in the middle this year

I've watched Iverson multiple times this year and he is a decent player but Washington and Nance are far better. Washington and Nance dominated Scott and Roberson from CU who are better than Iverson and they also dominated Carmichael of Illinois St. who is far better than Iverson.

I'm more worried about Martinez being out. The more I think about Martinez being out it pisses me off because we have a bunch of winnable home games the first half of the conference season, especially if Martinez was playing. Now we most likely won't have him back until around the 1st of February when we have to go play a bunch of road games and will be tough with or without Martinez.

Totally agree about Martinez. It could well be the difference between NCAA and NIT.

I think Iverson is very good. I am comfortable with our frontcourt obviously. Biggest issue against CSU is how to match up with Smith/Hornung. One of our guards (probably Luke if he is healthy) will have to try to check one of those guys (Boss can take care of the other one). Both are great at attacking the glass and would have a size advantage over anyone we could throw at them.
