Well, according to gowyogo, Luke's court date got postponed. It was supposed to be today, but it is now postponed and they don't when it will be.

TunaTacoPoke,

It was in the CST Sunday, and updated a few hours ago.

Here you go...this is all that anyone knows at this point (well, most of us I guess):

Part of me wishes that all this attention and media buzz would just go away...he won't ever play for Wyoming again in his life, it is over. Get it out of the sports pages, and let it the fuck go.

I was wondering how that was unfolding.

Even if for some reason he took a plea to a lesser charge or something such as that, by the time
they got the paperwork done the season would have been long gone.

as far as im concerned we don't need him anymore

Yeah.
I'd give the full penalty too. Etc.
And seeing this kind of BS behaviour growing up is one reason I don't drink alcohol Etc.

Ever hear of moderation. I have a 2 beer limit when drinking. Average a beer a month per year.

And I do have a rule where if I'm having a beer at, say, a restaurant someone else will be driving me home.

Luke is playing bball at .5 acre ... jump shot looks pretty good too.

Sad that he may be shooting jumpshots in a jumpsuit.

I actually feel bad for him. I really think he got caught up in the moment and had a terrible lapse in judgement. He needs to suffer the consequences for bad behavior, but hope that this is something that is resolved quickly and hopefully doesnt totally ruin his life.

I agree with Shyatt when he says that you dont have to condone the behavior, but you also cant' abandon the guy.

Exactly ... from all accounts, Luke was a good ambassador for the University until this terrible moment and lapse in judgment ...

I hope that kick was worth it. He's guilty of two crimes: aggravated assault and single-handedly nuking the Cowboys' season.

Probably first time I can say this, you are completely right.

Normally I'd agree with you Laxwyo, but face it, they made some adjustments to the offense last night against New Mexico that look pretty promising. Sooooo close last night

They have been trying to figure out how to adapt without Luke and I think they will. Its been a painful process, but I think its going to get interesting soon.

Yeah, for sure. The fact is we are a better team with Luke. We shot pretty much lights out from three and lost. Wish we would have had a chance for two to tie or a three to win at the buzzer. Bummer how we lost.

Honestly, I don't know how I feel about this article being in the sports section now considering his career as a UW athlete is over. But, the relevant part is that his arraignment in District Ccourt will be March 6. Donnell is a good Judge, but wow can he be intimidating (back as a law student he literally struck fear in me).
