It's probably Northeastern Oklahoma A & M (Golden Norsemen). It's the only junior college here that has football. Won several JuCo National titles in the 1990s.

The issue is that these JUCO guys end up getting come big time offers after a year or 2 in juco.

Usually before a offer is given they make sure you have your requirements fulfilled. Then they offer, so not sure about this as of now, but uw school requirements are tougher then alot of schools.
