Nance had a huge game with 38 and 12.

He is now averaging 15.8 ppg and 9.3 rpg and .9 steals per game and 1.3 blocks per game and 1.9 assists per game.

I know personal stats don't mean shit if the team isn't winning, but I think he deserves some credit for what he is doing.

He showed some real talent as a true freshman, then last year took a big step, and this season is playing like the player we all wanted.
Especially since the Ohio State game.
He figured out he could dominate a game in Columbus and since then he really has.
The Montana State game he only scored 3 points, but he only took 1 shot.
He still had 11 boards with 4 assists.
The 3 games since then he has gone for 16, 25, and 38 averaging 26.33 ppg and 9.33 boards per game.

Nance is playing at an elite level.
The rest of the team needs to step up and help him.
And for gods sake DEFEND THE 3 POINT SHOT!

I agree with you that the switch was turned on at Ohio St. He's a different player now and the sky is the limit. Once in awhile, I see him back off on defense because he doesn't want to get into foul trouble - which is understandable.

But how come Cooke only played 8 minutes?

What I saw of Cooke while he was on the floor - he wasn't playing defense. That will get you benched by Shyatt pretty quick.

He was careless with the ball, turned it over a few times that he was in as well.
