Just how bad the UND loss was

They barely beat Drake at home....who last I checked was getting murdered by....South Dakota :thumbdown:
 
Drake is a NON SCHOLLY team!!! ...and played North Dakota on the road much closer than we did at home. Yes that is correct, Drake does not offer football scholarships.


Make no mistake, the loss at home to North Dakota is the worst in the history of the program during the modern era. Hopefully the worst loss never to be beat.
 
You also can't rest on the laurels of rushing for 400+ yards on Eastern Michigan when they give up a 200-yard rusher to Old Dominion and then give up nearly 300 yards of rushing to Ball State. Fact of the matter: it was more Eastern Michigan being atrocious defensively than Bohl's system working, and it gives you some serious frame of reference for how historically bad the first two losses were for Wyoming.

Watching Eastern Washington/Montana State this afternoon, I think either of those teams would put it on us by 3+ touchdowns.
 
NDSU held und to about 14 total yards (they had a 51 yard pass in the 3rd quarter)

I have no idea how Wyoming lost to them.
 
It was all part of the plan.....AD put a couple million on us to lose straight up and made bank to bring in Vic K as DC next year and establish bag man $ with Willie Lyles-sp? as recruiting coordinator :twisted:
 
Not to say the North Dakota game wasn't a bad loss, but they did turn the ball over to Drake seven times. Their SU loss pretty much sums up UND. Bad on offense. Good on run defense...not that great in pass defense agains a potential NFL first round qb. The SU qb is very, very good. We'll have to see if SU has fixed the D they had against Montana.

Enough FCS stuff...Wyoming will be better toward the end of the year. Unfortunately, that leaves UNLV as, possibly, their only win. Maybe.

Inaccurate as usual. Lakesbison talks shit everywhere he goes. wyonation is the only board in the country that still allows this psychopath to post.
 
Reminds of the kids who just got suspended for beating up another student and stealing a case of Keystone Light. Sheesh.

For the topic at hand, yes, will arguably be the worst loss in program history. What is done is done.

Remember the people arguing that UND could be a powerhouse in FCS? My favorite was of how FCS was essentially FBS.
