Took off Thursday at 4pm 14 hr drive for me, wife, daughter and friend! Die hard's there...Pulled into Seattle at 5:30 am.. Got 2 hr. Nap in car. Went to key arena where all I saw was wyo fans! Who ever said it looked like no wyo fans was wrong.. We had the most fans of the 4 teams in that session by far. We were everywhere!
Game.. Don't know if the first play was a o foul or not, but that call hurt just seemed to start out wrong, and it seemed like the fouls were all called on us. UNI shot awesome except for a few missed lay ups, they are a great team.
The run was way fun and proud of the guys for playing hard the whole game, crowd got loud for the pokes during the run. Nance was a man in the 2nd half .. Wish Adams could have had a better game but all of us were worried from 1 hr before game as during warm ups etc he was wayyyy off, and it continued right into the game. I wish he would have drove more but that's ok. Hank kept us in it, for all he's been through I'm happy for him.
Hats off to that 11guard for them his pull up jumpers were killers.. And their 3s.
Watched the next game which was fun, the UCI had a guy that was huge.. It was fun to watch him as the crowd loved him for some reason even if he wasn't that good. then loaded up and made it 8hrs to Boise by 1 am.. Had to get some sleep as I forgot what it was at that point..Got some good sleep finally and got back to wyoming today! tons of fun and would do it again!
