I was reading through the news and I guess I missed this:

Section 4.2.a
4.2 Acts in Violation of Sportsmanship Policy.
Conduct by athletes, coaches and other institutional athletics personnel who act in an unsporting manner is subject to sanction. Violations of the Conference sportsmanship policy shall include, but are not limited to the following:


a Striking, attempting to strike or otherwise physically abusing an official, coach, spectator or student athlete;

and

4.4.1 Physical Abuse.
An individual who strikes , attempts to strike or otherwise physically abuses an offical, coach, spectator, or student athlete shall be subject to the following penalties:

What happened?
 
I didn't see it happen but according to the twitter machine he contacted an official inadvertently as he made some sort of gesture. He didn't intentionally contact an official (would probably have been ejected and possibly suspended for that) so a T and a reprimand is probably a fair outcome given how bad it can get if you touch a ref.

It was intentional but not violent. He barely pushed off of the officials shoulder as he walked away. Saw it live.
