Josh Adams - Monster Defender

Josh Adams played what was probably the finest defensive game I've ever seen this afternoon. He is just incredible. He deserves to be drafted based on his defense alone. Incredible.

I agree. Great leader. When his shot wasn't falling, he doubled down on defense, driving and dishing and lifting his team. We are very lucky he is here.

Avery Bradley and Tyler Johnson. Those are two guys he compares to really well in the NBA. Hopefully his path is a little closer to Bradley's than Johnson's on draft night.

Adams was everywhere last night. He did struggle against UNLV's length and athleticism more on offense. He was pressing too hard at times, trying to do too much. However when it comes to defense that too much was just straight filthy blocks and leading the charge that stopped that Rebel team in their tracks. Thanks Josh and company!! You guys had Dave Rice looking like a lost child on the sidelines over there
UNLV just started to look dejected after awhile and you could tell their mojo completely left them.
That's some DOME OF DOOM shit!!!!

so happy to have him just wish we had another scorer to help him out(nudging Jmac, when he shows up)

Jmac can definitely be streaky, but Herndon is the guy that needs to be helping shoulder the load offensively I feel, but he's been invisible on the offensive end most of this year. Keep hoping he takes his game up a notch because he's got plenty of talent.

Yup. He missed a couple wide open, top-of-the-key threes on Saturday after penetrate-and-dish plays that could have really broken the game open.

Herndon plays a lot better when he doesn't have to be the biggest guy on the floor. This is why Naughton's emergence could be so huge for us

Josh ' s tweets about his team Monday is a huge reason why my appreciation for him and Shyatt have grown and grown the past couple of years.
