He was out early last Saturday and they didn't miss a beat. Unlike Wyoming, they are not dependent upon one individual to win the game. While it is a big loss, Hedrick was 18-21 for 150 yards and ran 8 times for 115 yards. The Broncs were down 17-7 at half and he rallied the troops. The loss of Southwick shouldn't slow them down much.

Southwick knew their offense as well as Moore did, but he was always an average talent at best. Hedrick will have his moments of inexperience, but don't be surprised if this ends up being a blessing in disguise. I read BSU had 550+ total yards on less than 70 plays with him. Yikes. They'll lose to BYU probably, but that offense will scorch the remaining MWC defenses....if for no reason other than Jay Ajayi.
