Is this how Duke and Kentucky fans feel?

Now, I am not saying we have the basketball tradition of those teams, but us on this board seem to drink so much brown&gold kool-aid for all our sports, we get hyped up like they do.
Then they have to deal with their shitty football teams year after year just so they can look forward to hoops.
I think this is what they feel like.
As the football season goes on and on, I am just ready for hoops!
Ready for another 20+ win season (hopefully 25+ this year).
Just ready for basketball to start and football to end.

The difference is, Duke and Kentucky go deep into the tournament, whereas Wyoming basketball may be poised to disappoint just like football. lol BP, you were pretty upset at the end of last season.

With as little depth as we had, and Washington and Gilmore constantly throwing up bad 3s, yeah.

I think this year has more hope, especially considering we can go deeper on the roster, probably more of a 8 or 9 man rotation which is way better than the last two years.

It will help that the conference is a tad weaker this season too. New Mexico, Boise, UNLV, and San Diego State will be the class of the league, but Wyoming can easily get that 5th spot IMO.
