Is our offense good enough to pick apart one of the worst x and o defensive coordinators in MWC history?

Every time I've watched CSU this year, I come away from it thinking, "Marty English sucks balls, that defense is terrible."

Every time I watch Wyoming this year I come away from it thinking, "Our o-line isn't very good and we're short a couple of play makers. We can't run the ball on anyone."

I guess the question is, which inept unit will show up on Saturday, because our defense vs. their offense looks like a push.

Can we move the ball on the CSU d, at least enough to win the game this Saturday?

I think largely it'll come down to: can we make Gallup a non-factor? If Prosser and Granderson are both healthy, he shouldn't have much time to break open, hopefully, but man. That guy knows how to catch the ball and help out his [overrated] quarterback.

Clock control. AFA still gave up fairly big numbers to CSU...but they controlled the clock so well, not giving the Rams offense a chance to control the game.

CSU has the best offense in the MW. Full stop. It's Wyoming's offense that will need to help the defense out not just by scoring, but also by keeping Stevens and co. on the sideline.

The Rams haven't been particularly great away from home. They beat UNM and USU, but weren't impressive doing it. This should be the best Bronze Boot game in years. Two good football teams playing essentially an elimination game in the Mountain Division.

This topic heading is a bullshit personal attack. Not even close to reality.

Yeah right. Don't let your personal feelings towards me pull you into an argument you're going to lose.

Read the last 3 pages of CSU Ramblings to see how CSU feels about their D.C.

If that doesn't sound like one of the worst D.C's in MWC history, just ask people on this board how he did under Dave Christensen. I can provide links if you can't remember. Marty English, aside from his ability to recruit in Colorado, is hot garbage. That's reality, weather he's your fishing buddy or not. Marty English IS one of the worst D.C.'s in MWC history. The only thing that barely seperates him from the turd known as Steve Stanard is his ability to recruit Colorado.

Stevens threw 3 picks. We’ll need that along with the D playing the way they have been. If we could get half a running game we’d be really good I think
