Is Nance an NBA player?

I've recently been asking myself this question and I'm gonna say Nance is a 2nd round NBA draft pick. I don't know anything that speaks more volumes then us being almost 30 points worse when he's out of the lineup. 30 points!!! That's fucking crazy right??? He's pretty big on both sides of the ball and totally unselfish. Might need to work on his shooting range more cause he's more like a 3/4 guy in the NBA, but I really wonder how AWESOME he could be surrounded by NBA talent all around him. Think of him crashing the boards as a 3 in the NBA? That's kinda like mouth watering paint domination stuff. Not sure if his speed makes him versatile enough for that against the quicker 3's in the league though. No matter what wish this guy the best cause he's been an all time great Cowboy.

I think he would be perfect in San Antonio. I think he's too good at too many facets of the game to not be an nba player

He may not be drafted high, but I think he's got the skillset to be a very good NBA power forward.

Would be a perfect fit on the Spurs.

Did anybody else see the segment on espn's College Gameday this morning about Larry Nance and his family? It was good.

He isn't quick enough to be a 3 right now. Maybe in a few years, but I see his ceiling as a Taj Gibson that can shoot. I think he will spend a year or two in Europe or the d-league working on getting bigger.

Everyone I have talked to outside of Wyoming Basketball that is familiar with Nance which there are a lot. They all compare him to Tim Duncan and they think he makes his team better and doesn't have an ego that will be toxic to the locker room. Most also think his fundamentals are off the chart for a College player and that is the comparison he draws to Duncan.

I tend to agree that he has very high Basketball IQ and knows the fundamentals of the game better.
