Is it completely random who AE plays?

We, once again, have no real rotation and it worries me. Like why did Gorski play 15 min in the second half last night and get pulled for crunch time? If AE really thought Gorski gave us the best chance to win why didn't he play down the stretch?

Why does he sub out Herndon and Dalton at the same time for Naughton and Momeka? Two bigs that can shoot for two who can't? Why not mix and match the two? I don't get it

And if AE can't see that Adams >>> Gorski then we're screwed. Not to pile on goratski, but if he isn't shooting 50% on threes he shouldn't play more than 7-10 min. Even if he shoots 50% on threes it may not be worth it

It almost seems like he is experimenting with random rotations because he hasn't figured a good one out yet. I 100 % agree with you on the backup bigs. Both Momeka and Naughton are more effective paired up with Dalton or Herndon. Lue is clearly better than Gorski but he is our only guy off the bench that can spark the team right now. That being said, he should still be getting way more minutes than Gorski even if he's not starting. I hope we get it together soon we really need to beat SDSU at home if we want any chance of finishing in the top 4.

Gorski played those minutes in the second half when HD had to sit with 4 fouls. When HD came back in, I believe Gorski went out and didn’t see as much action after that.

I think you are right about Gorski playing so much due to Dalton sitting. Even if he wasn't a direct sub. Dalton doesn't come out of games much so him being in foul trouble really messed with our rotations last night. I have no problem with Gorski starting and Lou coming off the bench(love the energy Lou brings in, similar to Paris Corner during the Bailey years) but when Gorski is playing like last game he needs to sit on the bench for most of the game. He is a good shooter but if he doesn't actually start making them he needs to have reduced playing time.

As far as the post rotation, it is an experiment to try to change things up from time to time.

JJ is a potential go to player, and maybe HD but still not seeing a go to player on this team come conference season, sure hope that changes come Conference season
