Impressed with your team and fans

Your young kids came to play, no shame to be had in anything from Saturday for all of you. Your fans who attended were great and hope they had a great time in town, less the game outcome.

There is no way your kids will not win some games this season, NO WAY!!! Bohl is a good coach, he had our QB struggling all day with his reads(Rutgers staff was not even close) and until that last run down the sideline with about 8 min to go in the 3rd quarter by your RB that counter gap had our new DC on his heels. Until they finally made the correct adjustment on just about the next play that pretty much closed up the running game for the rest of the afternoon I was scared to death.

Hang in there Wyoming, Bohl is going to turn this thing around you can see it, at least I could. Tons of young kids playing on the road for the first time in a pretty much packed house, that is hard to do at any level of football. They were incredibly sound on offense, defense and special teams, so well coached. I wish I could say that for WSU in year 4 of our staff. Loved your WR, those kids were physical and I would take #4 in Leach's system any day of the week.

I will definitely be rooting for you the rest of the season. I am going to be checking your scores for sure each week. Lastly if you can please somehow beat Boise as the obnoxiousness of there fan base can be heard and smelled all the way in in Seattle.

Thank again for the conversation and good luck the rest of the way.

It is tough watching the Pokes play lately, but I am trying to put in perspective the youth of this team. I am wanting wins now, and am coming to the reality that it will be a rough few years. But, what I saw vs WSU gives me hope.

Winning in contagious. If UW (the real UW, not Washington) can get some wins here and there, the confidence for young players has to go up.

Good luck rest of the way.

Always a pleasure to have fans like you visit our board!

Doesn't happen very often...

My dad was a HS coach at the Big school level here in Wa for nearly 40 years, so I see the game for what others don't. My mom and I can look past all the crap people yell in the stands(as she was at the game too, loved your kids effort)since people yelled the same crap at him for 38 years when she was in the bleachers. My dad was a really good FB coach and has a great FB mind, probably should have gone to the college level at some point. However he saw the pitfalls of the college game early on in my life. He has 3 very good friends who all head coached at the FBS college level. He played HS ball with one of them, the other's dad was his JC coach, and the 3rds dad was his HS offensive coordinator. Google Everett, Wa football coaches and you should be able to figure out the three.

So? Are you saying I shouldn't be glad a good fan like him visited our board and didn't throw around insults?

Don't read into this. Has ZERO to do with you "being glad." Has everything to do with getting good fans come to an opposing fan's message board and be so cordial like he has been...thus, the "IT DOESN'T HAPPEN VERY OFTEN." I am agreeing with you.

I watched Falk throughout high school locally. He is primed to do some good things.

He still has only started 6 games, takes time to be efficient as a QB as compared to the Halliday kid who broke his leg vs SC last season who started almost 30 games. Oh man he knew as soon as he walked up where the ball was going and it was gone in about 2 seconds. Falk will get there, will just take time.

Thanks for stopping by, you're welcome anytime. People I know who attended the game were treated well and had a lot of fun.
