If you want to see some wild colour contrasts in a game, turn on the Belk Bowl....North Carolina vs. Cincinnati. That North Carolina Blue vs. the bright red of Cincinnati is interesting to see.

Another piece of interesting tidbit in this game, a name we all know, Vic Koenning is the DC at North Carolina. I still have the Wyoming football helmet that I bought at an auction that has Vic's signature on it. He certainly wasn't prepared to be a head coach when he was at Wyoming but to his credit he is a hard worker.

I believe Koenning was also an interim coach for Illinois not to long ago, was head coach in a bowl game, and I think he may have even won it. Go figure.

That game you're talking about was the 2011 Fight Hunger Bowl between Illinois and UCLA. Illinois won, 2014, with Koenning coaching the Illini.
