ESPN is going to have a fantastic football game tonight, Montana vs. Northern Iowa live from Missoula. Should be a great game, two top 5 teams doing that silly playoff thing. My friend and I will be there with 22,000 other die-hards freezing our ass off (25 degrees at kickoff and falling).. but not to worry, I'll have plenty of anti-freeze to keep up my body temp. Washington-Grizzly typically goes batshit when ESPN comes to town, the stadium will probably reach new levels of rocking tonight.

Damn playoffs who would think of such a horrible thing ? :tickedoff: on a serious note ill be watching need my fix so have a good/warm time and go Grizz :thumb:

No thanks, I'drather watch Wyoming and Colorado. I realize the UW-CU game probably won't be available in Montana, but down here my understanding is that it will be on the Root Sports network.

Yep, same channel the Rockies play on.

Hell yes. We have a nice little win streak going against CU in hoops. Let's sweep this 4 game series so they can refuse to play us again for a few years (that's kind of the routine we have going now).

We have Root Sports up here.. that's how I get obscure football game fix at 10pm on Saturday nights after all the other games have been played. Oddly, the Root Sports I have up here seems to be based out of Spokane, WA..

I'll watch the football game. I hate basketball :)

I'm the same.. I never watch basketball. I usually start paying attention around March Madness, then I'll watch college ball. College basketball still seems to be fairly pure, and the athletes genuinely give a damn about what they're doing on the court.. plus it hasn't been ruined by the BCS yet. I go watch the Griz from time to time, or when I was in Laramie I'd go watch the Pokes pretty often, but watching on TV is painful for me. NBA is not even on my radar as far as watching sports goes.. I'll watch golf before NBA.

I was actually hoping the NBA and players would be dumb enough to cancel the entire season with their stupid labor fight. That way I wouldn't have to hear about Kobe Bryant 24/7. I have a buddy of mine who lives in Hawaii who just LOVES Kobe.....it's almost gay if you want my opinion.

We all know he raped that girl in Boulder a few years back but my buddy thinks Kobe would never do that. :puke:

Yeah, the lockout is yet another reason I'll never watch NBA in any form again. Yes, it's understandable that you can have labor disputes, but in a recession you're screwing thousands of "normal people" over in that they won't have games where they man ticket booths, concessions, security, and tons of other functions. So where the players and owners argued for sharing profits that most people could only dream about, these normal people went underemployed and many had to rely on government handouts - aka our tax dollars.

Thanks assholes!
