Nah - you need to have a PHD in "What the fuck". I've never tried to use it - but I hope it works out for you. I'm a long long ways from Laramie these days....just hope it works for you.

You basically have to know someone that wants to transfer their tickets specifically to you. Then you have to depend on them to get a team of I.T. guys to figure out how to use that website. Then they do the rest. I don't even think there's a q for someone wanting tickets to sign up for, in case someone transfers their tickets back, without having a destination in mind.

It's a shitty system hastily thrown together to appease all the fans that are pissed off about the empty seats in the lower bowl.

I'll just go to a scalper. I can figure that out.
