Those 1 size fits all hats suck. I have a huge head, and the adjustable hats I get I often have to set at nearly the extreme largest they can go, just so it fits comfortably. Also means I haven't worn te cowboy hat style since I was little, because I would need a custom fit hat.

I've got the same problem. They make some of the Zephyr stretch fit hats in XL. See if you can find one of those, they've worked great for me. (7 1/2 head)

Take a look at SneakersLifeCom's Ebay Store. I buy all of my hats from him, you can find everything for dirt cheap and he has a great online reputation. I think they ship from Kansas City.
