I hope the Big Least and the BCS in general

die a slow and painful death for destroying college football. The NCAA can follow right behind for their ineptitude in all this shit. Even OU and Texas said that if they discontinued the Red River Rivalry, it would not bother them. Utah and BYU look like they won't be playing eachother anymore. And the Big Least is wanting to expand into the freakin' Rocky Mountains to pick up Air Force and Boise to try and save their sorry asses, despite more teams looking to leave it.

If nothing else, at least we have the Border War. And Funnel Cakes.

Anyway, I have to agree with you. I suppose you can't really blame the individual schools who are just looking for a bigger payday, but they are culpable to a point as well. The Big Least is grasping at straws going after Boise and AF, but that AQ is a big hook to dangle in front of those fish.

Curious to see what happens with this in the next few weeks and months.

I'm still not convinced about AF actually going, and it would be hard to see Boise in the Big Least, but I digress. They're going to do what they need to do I guess.

But, if those two go to the BE as football only I say the MWC refuse to allow their other sports in the conference. What good do those other sports do the conference?

And, if this is the way it goes down, what does the MWC do in football? That would leave us with 8 members (WYO, CSU, UNM, UNLV, UNR, SDSU, Fresno, and Hawaii). Do we stand pat, or try to expand again? If so, for who?
