I was impressed by how SDSU found Brady Hoke. They really knocked it out with that hire.
Put Kenny Sailors, Jim Brandenburg, Marcus Bailey, Reggie Slater, and Fennis Dembo on a committee and let them figure it out. Make it public so the Wyoming fans get behind the search process. Get the fans excited so some booster money comes forward towards the contract.
