What was that you said after the last game at Moe B Jim about Wyoming not having any higher ceiling? Asshat!
 
Dave and Kevin said on the radio that he turned his back on his team and didn't talk to them for an entire time out late in the 2nd half. What a psyco.

Let me break it down for you Larry, make it real simple: Larry Shyatt is a much, much better coach than you. You're not in the guy's league. And Wyoming is better than Colorado State. Your approach of throwing a bunch of transfers together doesn't produce a team that is as good as a team that brings in high school recruits, coaches them up, and allows them to mature into a team. And Larry Nance is better than Avila. Real simple.

At some point if you're the better team, you actually have to beat us. The guy can coach but he is a head case.
 
That interview said it all. He's pissed because he can't beat this team. All class from him lol.

I hope we play csu again too. Would love to say we beat the rams three times in a season.
 
He said Shyatt was the best coach in the league next to Fisher. He said he'd like another shot against us. Personally, I would be A-OK not playing them in the tournament. They did miss some wide open shots, but they also didn't rebound well. Part of their good shooting percentage is throwing up a long three and then Avila getting a rebound and putting it back in.

We limited their second-chance shots. IMO, that was the difference in the game.
 
I think we are in their heads. In the first game we beat them in their house without nance for half the game. We then play them at home and we hold them to their worst game statistically for the year . I'm not scared of csu.

I don't know. I may live to regret saying this, but I would much rather see CSU in the MWCT than SDSU or BSU. The Aztecs length and quickness just doesn't give us the space to operate on offense and with the way Marks is playing right now, BSU is scary.

We match up very well against CSU. They have no answer for our bigs and we don't seem to have trouble stopping their fast breaks.

Team I don't want to play is UNLV. No matter how good or bad they are I hate playing those guys during the MWC tournament.
 
I want csu a third time in the mwc tourney so the senior class can be above .500 against them in their careers.
 
I don't get why some on here are afraid of playing csu a 3rd time... We beat them in their gym without our best player. We beat them soundly at home in our first game without our 6th man. There is no way they beat us on a neutral court where our fans Will most definitely outnumber theirs. Lets go for 3 in one season!

SDSU is legit. New Mexico is king of the tourney. Derrick Marks is playing out of his mind for Boise. The tourney is in UNLV's home gym. You guys are hoping to avoid the rams?? Fuck the greenies. Lets beat them 3 times.

Exactly. We have sdsu, nm, Boise, and unlv to worry about more than csu.

And don't ya think some people are saying "I don't wanna play wyo in the tourney". We are in 1st place and 4-1 against the top 5 in the league.
 
Yeah we are gonna have to play someone good to get far in the tournament and at this point I wouldn't mind it being CSU. Sure I don't want to play CSU then Boise then SDSU but hopefully CSU can knock off another good team then we can knock CSU out.
