Wick just needs 61 more rush yards to hit 1000 on the season.
Herron just needs 71 more receiving yards to hit 1000 on the season.
Who do you think is more likely to get it?
Obviously, USU's rush defense is tough, real tough. 61 might be a little hard for Wick against the rush D. But then again, it's only 61, not like he needs 150 or anything.
And, from everything USU fans and writers have said, the best way to beat USU is the pass game.
Herron should be able to get 71. But, he will likely be covered by USU's best guy. And with WR's, it isn't uncommon to have a huge game, then follow that up with a 2 catch 15 yard type game.
USU shut down CSU's RB, who is 6th in the country in rush yards.
But, they run a pro-style offense. Our spread might allow Wick some running room.
It would be sweet if both of them hit the 1000 yard mark, as that would likely be the best way for Wyo to win the game. But I wouldn't be surprised if neither player got 1000.
I think though, if I were to bet on it, I would say Herron has a better chance at 1000.
