I love seeing this chart, I really think we could work our way into that spot Northern Illinois is at, or a similar one... Boise has obviously set a standard with decently ranked recruiting classes and turning them into very good teams

And that was started by a coach who worked his way up the system much like Bohl, from Division II to FCS to smaller FBS.
