If a NFL game ends in a tie, do any gamblers win?

Kinda silly to be asking but the NFL seems to be getting a tie game once a year lately. I'm convinced we'll see a team have two ties on their record, like a 8-7-2 or a 4-11-2, eventually.

If you bet on the moneyline, no. If you bet on the spread and the team you picked was the underdog, yes.
