Colorado State, Utah State file suit against MWC over conference exit fees

Colorado State and Utah State filed a legal complaint on Monday in Colorado District Court in Denver over millions in exit fees that the Mountain West believes the schools owe.

The MW can get AD and school president emails to and from the PAC during discovery, can they not? These lawsuits open up the two schools to make all their negotiations public? Speaking of emails, wouldn’t their emails be subject to FOIA?
