Future Recruits

If you want to be coached up, developed as a basketball player and as a person, be on an up-and-coming team that is going to be a regular 20-plus win, constant tourney presence, team for the next 4-6 years at least... hop on for the ride and become a cowboy. AA will be rocking again Saturday.

I can remember when 8,000 was an average turnout ... I think you're right though, and this team deserves it. Mountain west is definitely the best bball conference in the west though so we will face challenges. But SDSU does not handle zone defense well and I will never underestimate Shyatt's coaching, either prep or gameday ...

Haven't we already gotten some pretty great recruits? I mean, sure they aren't top 100 blue chippers but I'd rather have him get the quality man who can play ball and is coachable than the guys that are great players but have a lousey attitude. Nance, Adams, Cooke are all solid recruits and with Shyatt and his staff coaching them up and developing them they have a seemingly unlimited ceiling. Although it wouldn't hurt to get a few blue chips with a good attitude...I'm sure there are a few somewhere out there. :D

I have learned not to question the guys Shyatt recruits, he knows what he is doing
No doubt, you look at the recruits from CU last year and they are all ranked in the high 80s to mid 90s and we took care of them. It truly shows good players with heart and great coaching can beat great players without heart/coaching. GO POKES and GO SHYATT!!!
