Fresno/NIU BCS situation.

Well Fresno and NIU may both end up undefeated and both teams ranked higher than 2 different BCS conference champions.
Assuming the both go undefeated, they are both going to be higher than the AAC winner. And if Oklahoma beats OK-State, and Texas beats Baylor, Texas wins the Big 12 outright, UNRANKED.

Seriously, after all the crap Mack Brown has gone through this season, Texas just needs Oklahoma, their biggest rival, to help them.
How weird is that?

OU beating OK-State puts OK-State at 2 conference losses. Texas beating Baylor puts Baylor at 2 conference losses. Texas would finish with 1 conference loss.

So that would put an unranked Big12 champion Texas in the Fiesta Bowl.
But since both NIU and Fresno would be ranked higher than 2 different BCS conference champions, would they both get into a BCS Bowl that way?

I'm not sure how this is going to work out. Fresno has to beat Utah St. in the championship game first. Utah St. has a lot of injuries to key people right now, so Fresno probably wins.

You mean Boise State, because USU isn't going to the MWC title game.
