They were paying him 165K a year......they still couldn't afford it. My God, this school needs to get off their high horse (1960s Pac-8 pride) and realize they do not belong in the FBS. More than half of the Big Sky schools are more presentable than them.

That would still be top-half of the Big Sky, but yeah, your point remains the same. Idaho made a poor choice moving up to FBS years ago.
