I heard this topic on a talk radio show for another team. If you had to build a coaching staff consisting of former players, who is on staff? Rules:
1) designate all-time, current, and/or future. Current staff must be age appropriate for coaching and can't be currently playing football. Future can be currently playing football. All-time would be best of best.
2) had to have recorded stats as a player at UW.
3) assume they have coaching aspirations even if they don't in reality
4) they do not have to have coaching experience
A couple I thought of for current
1) Ted Gilmore recruiting coordinator or something centered on recruiting and passing game coordinator.
2) Jay Novacek as TE or HC. I know he doesn't have experience for HC but I always thought he'd make a great coach.
Yours?
