Let's go FGCU!
2nd year of NCAA eligibility. Playing SDSU to make the sweet 16.

I would love it if this team made the Sweet16. SCREW SDSU! Hate those guys.

Don't forget they tried to burn us by riding Boise States coat tail to the Big East.
They think the MWC is a horrible conference to be in.

And don't forget as good of a program they think they have, they have a total of 3 NCAA Tourney wins....

FGCU is up right now, but it is early.
 
It seems like all FGCUs players can dunk as good as or better than Larry Nance. And I am talkin Larry Nance SENIOR on this one.
That team friggin throws it down so hard...
Way fun team to watch. Go Eagles! Down 4 with 2 minutes left in the half.

This is a good game. And it looks like Franklin got into a little rough housing in a battle for the ball on the floor.
What a tool bag.

Both teams are hitting all their shots it seems like.
Second half will be fun.
 
Wyoming is the last team playing in the Mountain West. HIlarious. Florida Gulf Coast is going to get a lot of recruits now. Plus the view they have outside their dorm rooms of the beach has to attract a lot of recruits also.

Their coach likely just earned himself a 5 yr., 6 million dollar contract from an ACC or SEC school. Quite the weekend.
 
Man that team is fun to watch. Unbelievable athletes on a team I had never even heard of until four days ago! Nice face plant by the Mountain West Conference in the tournament.
 
That game made my freakin day!

A couple things here...

The 1943 Wyo team with Kenny Sailors won 3 games in the NCAA Tourney that year. And SDSU had won a total of 3 games in the 70 years since.
That is not counting all our other wins.

FGCU has 1 Sweet 16 to their name, the same as the almighty powerhouse of SDSU.

I am stoked.

Oh and like someone else noted, Wyo is the last team in the MWC! haha who would have thought that the biggest accomplishment the MWC would get this post season could be in the CBI.....

The MWC surely was overrated.
Oh and SDSU SUCKS!

I don't think the MWC is as bad as everyone will make it out to be now. The Big 12 had the same record in the first round and have just one team left, yet nobody will say anything negative about the Big 12.

Wyoming finished 4-12, near the bottom of the MWC. If the MWC is really as bad as they looked this weekend what does it say about us?

Yeah the big12 had a bad tourney but the difference is that we had the #1 and #2 rpi all season. Our fans screamed for respect. Our fans said we are better than everyone with the exception of the big10. Then we choked hard. Big12 at least has Kansas. Our champion got embarrassed by Harvard.

Mwc got embarrassed in a year we could have had 3 sweet 16 teams.
2-5 in big dance. No NIT. 0-1 in CIT. And wyo is 1-0 in CBI. Just a bad showing. Expect only 3 maybe 4 teams in the big dance next season.
