Feedback from Coach Rahl

Rahl had been pure business and very professional. I don't think that he would mind if wyoming's biggest fans were getting a read on the emails. After all, everyone of their emails can be read.

Rahl, is handling this better than I probably would.

Which is so surprising.

That, or maybe he just is so full of shit & political he has you all snowballed.

Ya, my money is on option B.

Isaiah Holloway has amazing vision and hands it would be a shame to ignore him because of his size.

I'm going with B also. I've met Rahl and players that know him. He is totally full of shit. My guess is that he has a GA answering these type emails with directions to sound interested and try to get the players to register for camp. The fan gets stroked and coachchristensen.com gets a few more dollars in the pocket.

He has to be a little full of shit, he has to convince 18 yr olds from outside states that Wyoming is THE place to be...

Bringing the subject up just to give an update on one of the guys I suggested to the staff back in May as I was talking to them about recruiting in Utah (BTW, several kids were snagged by CU out of Utah this year- which has not happened in my recent memory). Note the original response from the staff in Blue and my response back in Green.

Jonah Trinnaman- American Fork High School (WR) -]ok; I question his speed, would like to see if we can get to camp].....]Anything I can do to help get him to camp? Also, he ran a 10.82 100m at State Track Meet, which was the 3rd best time in the state for the entire year.
COMMITTED TO UTAH STATE- guess USU (who will be playing in the MWC Championship game) thought his speed wasn't questionable and we'll get a chance to see if his speed is legit when he plays us over the next couple of years. BTW- I did speak with his high school coach and tried to work on getting him out to the camp, but the timing was just off and his coach did state he would have interest in looking at Wyoming. So the whole kids in Utah don't want to go to Wyoming (from the many that I have spoken with) is total BS.

Anyways- thought I'd throw something out there instead of the arguments between certain posteres and Coach DC being canned news.

You nailed it. ANYONE going to USU should have an offer from UW. We recruit some talent but sometimes miss on local players. That includes Utah, Colorado, Idaho, etc.
