Give some props to Ethan Wood. With such a stout performance from our offense I doubt many noticed his performance. His kickoffs were deep and his punts were even better. I think we have finally found our kickoff guy/Punter. He has worked pretty hard to get where he is. If you missed this articled, read it!

Hes a great kid, one of my good friends. Went from playing about half a year and not punting it once in high school to really kicking ass now, less than 3 years ago he had never played football

I'm always worried his punts are going to get blocked at the line or something, but he sure is effective right now.

I mentioned it in the game day thread yesterday. He placed those kickoffs in the corner almost every time - absolutely perfect.

in a close game I'm just worried if one does get blocked, but love it so far....we won't think about the what if huh

It was mentioned in the WTE in today's article that Christensen said something to the effect that Wood will probably find himself on scholarship in the near future. Congratulations Mr. Wood.
