The Longhorns do previews of Wyoming now.....well, at least the Longhorn Network will enable us to watch the game.

Interesting point they made on Brett Smith.....that's my biggest worry for him. His elite skill is running and mobility in the pocket, but his throwing ability is average at best. Like I've said before.....teams will adjust. I see Smith coming back down to earth a little bit in 2012. The key is him staying healthy.

Yeah, it's amazing Brett was able to complete over 60% of his passes with a fucked up thumb. I see Smith elevating his game even further this season. He will no longer need to wear a glove on his throwing hand and has a solid corp of receivers to get the ball to.

6 YPC would suggest there were a hefty amount of short throws. 2600 yards is solid, but on 415 passes? Not saying he wasn't good, just obvious he hits a lot of short passes. But that's CDC's offense.....

Short throws and leading the team in rushing can't be a consistent formula....like I said, teams will adjust.
